TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SHOPPING AT WWW.ARBERS.COM

1) Steps undertaken while realizing the order placed at the silver jewelry wholesaler website: www.arbers.com:
- A Buyer sends an order through the website www.arbers.com
- The Buyer receives an e-mail with confirmation
- The Buyer receives information about estimated delivery dates of all products (0-30 days)
- The Buyer receives an e-mail with data and total amount for the bank transfer
- Arbers.com waits for the advance payment to enter the company's account
- Arbers.com sends a parcel to the Buyer
- The Buyer receives an e-mail with the dispatch number.

2) The ARBERS.COM company is a producer, wholesaler and retail seller of 925 silver and other jewelry items.

3) The time of completion and delivery of the order at ARBERS.COM shall be stated within 4 working days from the date of placing an order. The estimated delivery dates of each product will be sent to the Buyer to the e-mail account provided during the registration. ARBERS.COM reserves the right to change the delivery time at every stage of completion of the order. The delivery time may range from 0 days, when products are ready for the dispatch, to 30 working days. It depends on the assortment chosen by the Buyer. For an estimated delivery date longer than 30 days - check point 18 of this regulation. The Buyer has a right to resign from a product which delivery date is long, however, ARBERS.COM company shall be informed about the resignation by means of an e-mail.

Products at ARBERS.COM have two statuses:
- Ready for delivery within 14-30 days which means the approximate time of waiting for the delivery
- In stock - means that products are ready for the delivery
Nevertheless, status of products may not illustrate real stocks.

4) The total amount of products in CART may differ slightly from the total amount sent to the Buyer with data for the advance payment. As stated in point 8 of this regulation.

5) The order will be cancelled if the payment is not transferred to our account within 7 days from sending the e-mail stating all necessary data for the advance payment.

6) ARBERS.COM will send the parcel immediately after the payment enters the bank account of the company. Buyers the company cooperates with for a long time can have the parcel sent and (COD) paid on delivery.

7) The Buyer bears the cost of the dispatch. The two accepted forms of the delivery include: post and courier mail.

8) The differences may occur between the prices at the website and a document with data for advance payment. The weight of each product provided in our site is only approximate. Due to the difference between the real weight and the weight at the website, the price may change directly proportional to the difference in weight. A particular product produced at different times can have other weight.

9) Measurements: length, thickness, diameters can differ slightly from those provided in the arbes.com website. This is due to the specific production process of each jewelry item.

10) The site shows nett prices (without VAT) and may be different from the prices of sales. The price depends on the cost of silver on the stock exchage and weight of products. In case of substantial changes of price of silver ARBERS.COM company reserves the right to change the prices of products ordered by the Buyer.

11) ARBERS.COM reserves the right to change the prices of products on offer at www.arbers.com, launch new products or withdraw them from sales without a prior notification.

12) The address of the company, address of the Buyer, e-mail address and other data can be used for the purposes of completion the order. The aforementioned addresses can only be revealed to employees of ARBERS.COM, courier mail company, post or other companies responsible for the delivery.

13) By registering at ARBERS.COM the Buyer gives a permission to Arbers company for using data provided during registration. The data will be used by ARBERS.COM for statistical and marketing purposes. The Buyer accepts receiving emails and traditional mail messages with advertisements of products of ARBERS.COM company.

14) The Buyers can edit data provided during registration or can demand from the company to remove their data from ARBERS.COM database.

15) ARBERS.COM shall not be responsible for loss or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the delay or inability to deliver the parcel by the courier company responsible for the delivery. However, ARBERS.COM is obliged to fully cooperate in the proceedings undertaken by the Buyer.

16) ARBERS.COM company issues two types of documents: Invoices (for companies, include Tax) or receipts (for retail buyers). The Buyer chooses a desired document while placing an order.

17) If products are damaged or incompatible with the placed order the Buyer has the right to complain about products within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

18) When you place orders for products in minimal amounts (the lowest amount threshold - 1 pcs) ARBERS.COM will send only these items which are in stock. However, if a given product you ordered is not in stock, after prior telephone consultation the client will be asked to either change the amount into larger one (the middle amount threshold) or cancel the order for this specific product.

19) Real products may look slightly different than products in photos available at www.arbers.com.

20) When our clients order products in minimal amounts (1st amount level) ARBERS.COM can sell only these products which are already in stock. If the product ordered in minimal amount is out of stock, the client can either change the order into bigger amount (2nd or 3rd amount level) or cancel the order for this particular product..

21) The Civil Code shall apply to disputes and cases over matters not regulated in these provisions.
